| Description: |
The District School Board of Niagara (hereafter referred to as the DSBN) hereby invites Submissions from contractors for the provision of all necessary labour, equipment and material required for snow plowing and/or salting services at designated school properties. The contract term will be for 2 year(s), commencing October 1, 2025, and ending September 30, 2027. Consideration will be given to renew the contract for 3 separate one-year periods ending September 30, 2030. Proponents may submit proposals for all or any of the Areas and Sections (sections must be completed in full) identified herein. However, the DSBN shall reserve the exclusive right to limit the number of Areas each Proponent will be awarded, regardless of price, based on the Proponent’s ability to demonstrate to the satisfaction of the DSBN, adequate resources and experience to effectively manage and complete the full Scope of Work for multiple Service Areas concurrently. |
