Description: 

To obtain the services of qualified contractors for culinary requirements in 3 separate categories as follows.  The requirements are separated into sections, with each section to be separately evaluated; accordingly. Bidders may provide submission(s) for any/all Sections.

Category A – Culinary Appliances, Equipment and Smallwares – To prequalify multiple vendors of record for the supply, delivery and installation (if required) of Culinary Supplies and Equipment on an as needed basis.

  • Section A - Core Item Pricing
  • Section B - Minimum Discount Percentage on non-Core items. For Category A Section B Minimum Discounts only: Suppliers that do not meet the original submission deadline are still eligible and encouraged to submit a proposal at any time throughout the duration of the contract for Category A Section B Minimum Discount only. Additional Supplier(s) will be reviewed by DSBN staff for possible addition to the prequalified vendor list for Category A Section B as they are received and reviewed. 

Category B – Culinary Equipment Inspections – To prequalify one (1) Contractor to conduct annual inspections of culinary equipment; 

Category C – Culinary Equipment Maintenance and Repairs – To prequalify up to 5 (five) Contractors to provide equipment repairs on an as needed basis.

The Prequalified Supplier List established pursuant to this RFSQ will be valid for a period of one (1) year commencing January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027, with consideration to renew the Contract for separate optional one-year periods ending December 31, 2032.
